Net of NetDragon Amounted to CNY 34.70 mn in Q1
BEIJING, Jun 16, 2011 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- According to quarterly report from NetDragon Websoft Inc. (NetDragon), the company achieved the profit of CNY 150.7 million in the first quarter of 2011, increasing 8.0% compared to the same period a year earlier and 4.7% quarter on quarter. The net profit hit CNY 34.67 million at the same time, up 64%.
Meanwhile, the operating revenue of wireless business amounted to CNY 6.1 million, rising 45.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2010. The gross profit hit CNY 136.1million, up 5.2% quarter on quarter. The gross profit margin increased from 89.8% in the fourth quarter of 2010 into 90.3%.
In January to May, the company achieved the earnings per share of CNY 0.066 with the diluted earnings per share of CNY 0.066.
The average concurrent users hit 246,000 in the first quarter of 2011 while the peak concurrent users hit 546, 000, increasing 6.0% and 0.7% respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2010.
