Fed: Nitschke says he's been warnd about today's workshop

Voluntary euthanasia campaigner PHILIP NITSCHKE says he is ready for more government
action at today's workshop in Canberra.

He says the ACT Department of Fair Trading has contacted him about his plan for the
Exit International workshop .. and warned him against playing the video THE SINGLE SHOT.

The video documents some of the steps a group of elderly people take to make their
own suicide pill.

And the Attorney-General's department wrote to Exit International in October .. warning
the screening of an unclassified film in a public place breaches the Classification Act.

The letter also warns Dr NITSCHKE of the penalties associated with the sale of a banned
book .. a 26 thousand dollar fine and a two year jail term.
